Prospect House is a 66 unit 7 story apartment building in Ravenna, Ohio. The original building was constructed in the early 1970’s and most aspects of the structure are original.
The renovation project will include removal and replacement of all plumbing fixtures, casework, doors, hardware, windows, and finishes. The mechanical and electrical systems will also be upgraded.
The original building did not have any accessible units. The renovation project will combine several units so that 5% of the units will be accessible.
The exterior masonry will have new control joints added, partial tuck pointing, precast concrete patched and the roof will be replaced.
