The Akros Middle School is a charter school operating in Akron, Ohio. This project involved the complete renovation of an old county service garage into a 17,000 square foot charter middle school. The school has four large classrooms with moveable room dividers that allow for the transformation into smaller classrooms. The facility has an open multipurpose area, library and administrative offices. Indirect lighting was used to emphasize the building structure in the multipurpose room and in the library. |
